Weekend regrets and success.

Can you say self sabotage? I knew I would eat poorly this past weekend but it was really bad. I tried to log everything I ate but I am sure I missed some. I was down 5 pounds for the week as of Saturday but this morning 4 back. I know there is flux but 4 pounds in 2 days messes with your mind.

    I have had weekends with birthday parties or weddings where I ate too much and drank too much. I use to then weigh on Monday knowing I gained. I then got depressed and ate more. Now I don’t weigh after a weekend like that and go back to healthy eating and weigh on Thursday and see no weight gain as I lost that weekend weight. Occasionally I know I will have weekends like that.

    I lost 5 as well and got lax and put it back and I am sure PLUS some and I have to lose 20 pounds before my knee surgery so i have to do this and I just failed- BUT like you, back at it today, water water water - track track track and stay with the program! You got this, we got this !
