Easing in is the best way to go... eliminate one thing, and once you're reasonably comfortable, eliminate the next: week 1: processed foods and sugar week 2: grains week 3: additional starches (rice, potatoes) week 4: dairy ETC. and as you eliminate, increase your leafy greens, good fats (avocado, coconut oil, seeds, nuts), and clean protein. Eliminating sugar and white foods, along with grains and processed foo d is the best thing I ever did for myself. I never realized just how terribly inflamed my body was until it no longer wasn't.
