Past Present and Future

In 2016 I was close to weighing almost 195 pounds. I tried SP then but for some reason did not have the ability to stay with dieting and exercising. Now I call it pure laziness. In 2017 and 2018 I tried again. This time I got the exercising down pat and started losing weight. I am proud to say that this year I started off at the weight of 169. I am eating right and exercising everyday whether it is walking or doing my stationary bike.
My future, I plan on reaching 130 pounds gradually by exercising and eating right. Yeah there are those days that I know I went over, especially with cheetos or soda. But I get right back on the next day. I keep on pushing myself to do at least 8000 a day. I feel better but I know there is a long road ahead of me. Losing one pound at a time. I will get there.
