You know what keeps me motivated? Little rewards. When I was losing weight with my last baby, I set 10-15lb goals (unfortunately, I gain 75lbs+ with each baby. Good news is I always lose it rather quickly) Right now, I have 30 more lbs to lose and have lost almost 50. So I braved the snowstorm and blistering winds to buy myself the new red lipstick I've been dying to have. It sounds stupid, but it's made my whole day
