What I Am Doing Right This Time

I am participating in BLC39 and part of a weekend challenge is to reflect upon what I am doing right this time around. I will put most of it in list form:

*Having clear and well-thought goals and reasonable expectations of a time line for achieving them

*Weighing and measuring my food

*Tracking everything I eat and drink

*Counting calories and staying in my range

*Eating mainly a Whole30 diet

*Greatly reducing my alcohol consumption

*Weighing myself just once per week

*Increasing my strength training

*Pushing my cardio to achieve greater intensity and longer duration

*Varying my workouts

*Fully participating in BLC39 - including participation with the team thread and pushing myself to participate in the challenges to my full ability

All of these things together are helping me to continue a slow, steady weight loss, but I think that the main factor in why things are working for me this time is my positive attitude. I am working consistently to keep myself focused on what I want from this process and the fact that IT IS ACHIEVABLE! That is making all the difference.
