2019 - Did I learn my lessons in 2018

For 32 weeks, I tracked my food and exercise pretty much every day. I successfully lost 30 pounds.
So January came and I started a new experiment. Did I learn my lessons and could I eat and exercise regularly and not gain weight.
So 6 weeks into the new year and just back from a week of vacation, I am still at 166. I have my streak still going of exercising at least 30 minutes a day.
I was very happy to see that I was able to maintain my weight loss. So now I plan to go back to tracking my weight to get myself into those elusive 150s.
