What I'm Doing Right

The past few weeks have been a struggle for me in regards to weight loss. I started off highly motivated, as I usually do, and quickly succumbed to excuses. Not all is lost though, as I have listened to my BLC Team and focused on making small changes each day instead of trying to do everything perfectly. I'm an all or nothing person and have slowly been changing my mindset. Here is my list of what I'm doing right:
1. Changing my mindset to "something is better than nothing" instead of the all or nothing mentality.
2. Increasing my daily activity in general by focusing on getting in more steps each day.
3. I found an accountability partner to check in with regularly to help keep my on track and to sustain some motivation.
