Weigh in day

Today was weigh in day and I lost another pound. I am really happy about that. Especially considering I had a couple of bad days last week. Two days of no exercise and one day of bingeing on junk food. All things considered 1 pound is great.

Changing up my exercise plan this week. I am going to do 2 - 10 minute walks instead of 2 - 15 minute walks and add 10 minutes of core strengthening exercises. One of the reasons I am doing this is to get back into my good pants. I'm hoping core strengthening will help flatten my tummy and make that happen.

The tape measure said I didn't lose any inches off my waist this week. Which is kind of funny because I seem to be always pulling my pants up. Hopefully with the new exercises the tape measure will show a difference next week.

I think I have finally got the drinking the water habit down. I've managed to drink 8 glasses of water everyday for the last two days, so trying to keep that up. As far as other goals go, I am doing way better on getting dressed and putting on make up everyday. I am also getting at least some housework done everyday and decluttering one spot a day.

Still looking for a job, lots of interviews but no takers yet. I think this is the hardest goal, because I don't have control over it.

I am going to do better this week, stick to my workout plan everyday and no more bingeing. That SO WASN'T WORTH IT www.sparkpeople.
