I've been recommitted for a few days now. I'm doing good. My diet changes are on track although I've been feeling like crap because it's that time. I've only had one soda in the last 3 days and it was diet and I didn't even drink all of it. I've stayed within my calorie range even though I did eat part of a candy bar. I'm drinking enough water to float a ship. Looking forward to weighing myself at the end of the week, staying off the scales for now.
