Quick and Easy Meal Ideas

A new recipe I recently tried for the first time has become a favorite:
Tuna Salad with fresh veggies
Ingredients:
1 can white tuna in water, drained
1 avocado, peeled and chopped
some springs of cilantro, chopped
1/2 cucumber, peeeled and chopped
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon (or less to taste) olive oil

Prepare ingredients and combine together--so delicious! For added enjoyment, add some of these additional ingredients, also diced or chopped
fresh parsley
cherry tomatoes
celery
bell peppers
