Weighed myself today. Lost 5 pounds so far. I feel really good about that and my stomach seems a little smaller. Since I am an apple shape, I am really wanting to decrease the size of my mid-section. Exercised 30 minutes today plus leg weights. I am averaging 1500 calories a day and I think I need to lower that a bit. Still feeling strong. A little worried about working through the rough parts that I know are coming.
Also, so many of you posts such nice things. I don't know where to go to respond. Can anyone tell me where to click?
