It has dawned on me that I need to give myself some important reminders:
It is UNHEALTHY to obsess...
- about weight
- about food
- about exercise
- about anything!
MODERATION in ALL things is key.
Jenn, just be HEALTHY...
- Do not worry about the scale
- Eat healthful, balanced, portion-controlled meals
- Get regular activity throughout the week
- Understand this is a LIFESTYLE change, not a diet... good results will follow
