I was at the gym this morning at 5:00 am. I almost didn't go, but I realized I cannot meet my goal if I don't put effort into it. I am happy I went! I feel great after working out early in the morning. I am ready to start adding the interval walking/jogging into my workout. Fingers crossed I can keep increasing my ability to do this! I am 10% down for my goal .... only 45 lbs to go!
