Went over calories today. I was doing great then had a tough day emotionally and just kept eating after work. My plan is to go to the gym an extra day this week to help counteract the calories. I think it's a good plan. Also, due to my blood pressure rising, I've decided to stop taking the weight loss pill. Guess I will do it the old fashioned way.
