I started my diet and DDPYoga exercise today. I've burned more calories than I've ate today. I'm looking forward to this long journey.

    Ramona, ddpyoga is a fantastic program. It has helped me lose 75 pounds in the past. I recommend it to anyone. If you get the time look it up on you tube. See what it has done for many people.

    Good luck! I started Sunday and day 2 and 3 didn’t go well. But I picked myself up and dusted myself off and today did well. If you get stuck remember your goal and that we can’t change what’s behind us. Only what is in front of us!
