Day 21 and 22

It's Sunday. Had my weekly weigh in and I lost 2.2 pounds this week! I think I had calculated my calories wrong. I had my goal range between 1200-1500 but when I put in my information it says 1500-1800. So, I think I have not been going over my calories as much as I thought. Got into the gym a little more this week also. I really enjoy the weight training but still not lovin the cardio part. Next Sunday will make a full month and I will take my measurements and pictured again. Can wait to see how those have changed. I know the scale is only one tool to use and I really have to look at the changes in my body and how I feel. I am so proud of myself for sticking with this and being consistent. For the last 35+ years I have given up so easily and I feel like the time is right to make this finally happen. I changed my goal to losing 90 pounds by spring break next year (I am a teacher). That is about 1.5 pounds a week and I think that is reasonable with the exercising I am planning on doing. I have lost a total of 7.2 pounds in 3 weeks.
