I am so determined to make this my final weight loss journey. I have tried to many diets and finally came to the realization that I needed to stop dieting and start eating properly.
So, I devised this plan where I would spend some time analyzing my eating habits and EPIPHANY ! I eat well - the proper balance of carbs, fat and protein (or almost) but I eat TWICE the volume that I should.
The other times I have "dieted" and have lost many pounds - only to regain them - I made changes that were not sustainable. I went "no carb" or "low, low calorie" looking for that instant success.
I am dedicated to the slow but sure method and found Sparkpeople where I can track my food and keep my calorie intake at a level where I can sustain it and get to where I need to be.
