I've been gone for ever so long. All my sparkpoints were taken away. That's okay. I'll start again. I'm just glad my recipes weren't deleted.
I'm preparing for a big diet adjustment. I plan on becoming a vegan.It will be good for my body and soul.
My current diet is that of mainly vegetarian food. I do feel bad about eating fish and shrimp. And I know it's better for the cows,chickens and me if I quit consuming dairy products.
In addition to ceasing seafood and dairy product consumption, I will be eliminating flour and sugar from my diet. So, all in all I'm planning to learn an entirely different way of feeding myself.
I feel like I'm prepping to climb a giant mountain. I am very excited about this journey.
