I did my food shopping on Saturday after work. I don't usually do my own shopping because #1 I hate it lol #2 I seem to always end up throwing stuff in the cart I don't need
So I got a lot of stuff- salad, veggies, granola cereal, boneless chicken, burgers , Mac and cheese velvetta. And then I got two boxes of mini muffins ( on sale 2 for $5) fruit roll ups, zingers. The past two days I've consumed all the muffins, the whole 12 oz bag of granola, one box of velvetta. Just literally eating everything in sight it seems since I'm off and I know I have food so I figure I'm off, I'm bored why not. Ugh why do I do this? I know it's not good for me, I know I'm not hungry yet I still eat it.
And I feel so out of control right now.
Anyone else struggle with this??
