Just realized something.

For 10 minutes a day for exercise if I was a beginner, I could literally use a game that I play for that. I could walk to the end of the building I live in, take the steps, go 2 blocks to hit a couple "stops" and walk back. 3 times a day would equal 30 minutes a day. Or I could still same said stairs, do down hill a block hit 8 "stops" and get over 10 minutes each time. Or 10 stops if I was to do a real round about. Makes it easy on how many miles (km in the game) I would prefer a day. I honestly prefer about 4.47 miles (7.2 km) a day walking as that gets me out, gets me moving and helps with getting what I prefer each week.
