Back to basics

I really feel like I just need to get back to the basics. I've started tracking my food to remind me that I am not controlling my portions. I have been drinking more water and trying to get more sleep. My wedding is in 7 months and I just really want to look and feel better than I do right now. I'm back on lazy keto and controlling my carbs as well. I have found that I am a carboholic and the minute I stop eating them I start to lose. I hope everyone is having a great week and I hope to check in more often!
