Homework for Day 15

First Two Bites
I would agree that the first two bites are the most satisfying. After that I continue to eat it until it's gone just because it's there. It works best for me if my BIL has a treat. He will eat most of it and leave a couple of bites and that really does satisfy my sweet tooth. I have a hard time with eating a couple of bites of something and throwing away the rest. I feel like I'm wasting food, but truthfully do I want it to go to waste, or to waist. I get into trouble when I sit down with something like a bag of baked ruffles sour cream and cheddar chips or a box of Cheez Its Grooves. Too many times I've found myself mindlessly munching until they're gone. Instead of feeling satisfied I feel like an epic failure. I do much better when I measure out correct portion sizes and put them in snack size zip lock bags. If I don't allow myself to have a snack sometimes I feel deprived and that's when I tend to binge on something I shouldn't. It's definitely a learning process.
