I was soooo excited to take my measurements today because I knew I wasn't going to reach my number of pounds goal. I lost a total of 1 1/4 inches total in my arms and waist, but I gained a 1/4 inch in my thigh. I am hoping that is muscle?
Looking at how I did this week, I think I was way over my calories and even though I burned about 2000 calories in the gym this week it just wasn't enough. I really need to pay attention to my eating habits and get back to where I was the first week.
I am trying to stay positive. My goal was 10 pounds and I lost 7.6. I'm a little disappointed, I know that I choose how I react to this and I am going to stay positive. The scale and inches lost went in the right direction. I have control on how I handle the next week. This is a lifestyle change not a diet, and I am very proud of myself for my attitude and that I have continued this long. I usually get discouraged and give up.
I took some pictures of myself last month and then this month and I am going to take a look at soon. Hoping to see a little bit of a difference.
Later today-looked at my pictures. The only difference I noticed was that my workout pants filt a little better. I can see my stomach is a tiny bit smaller from the front view and just slightly narrower in the waist area.
