Not a great week last week

Bad week last week. No gym time only walked little around the mall. Eating not so good. Stressed more than usual. I really hope this week is much better. I have a plan for a better week I just have to stick with it.

    Maybe a fitness challenge could help to motivate you. It helped me. I like knowing what I'm gonna be doing as soon as I wake in the mornings. I just finished two and am trying to decide what to do next. Keep trying, you can it if you really want to. emoticon emoticon
