Very stressful time lately. Have to sell family property and we all have to agree, well pump broken, water frozen in house, car wouldnt start, and husband sick. I am his 24-house caregiver. I am ready tuo start again. Im trying to figure out how to post. I thankful you all for taking the time to give good advice. I have stuck to plan since that post. I have a healthy low cal snack idea that i have used for a few years. It is asian cafe seaweed snacks. Eaten with no fat cream cheese or girl tsp of peanut butter.

    I am so sorry there is so much stress. If you can, try to walk or get a bit of cardio. It may help alleviate some stress.

    It all begins someplace and you just started there. Sp is the way to do it.

    We want to remember it took us a few years to put our weight on and it comes off a little at a time, just like it went on. People get frustrated with it not coming off faster than we put it on. But with consistent focus on doing what we are told on SP we will hit our objective. Like many things it just wont get there overnight.

    Make sure you make one of your most focused goals you water intake. Myself, when I hit plateaus its because I am not doing the water correct. I found using a reminder on my phone to be very helpful in making sure I keep on track with the water

    So easy to turn to food, take quiet time for you!! Make time and if you do nothing else just breath. This too will pass.We are all here for you.
