Senior Chair aerobics :)

This past year I walked during the senior chair aerobics each week on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I watch and do the arm movements as I walk round and round on the raised walking trail above them. The seniors would all invite me to join them after the class when they wandered up to walk following the class. Well in January of 2019 I decided to join them. I have to start my walk earlier to do the class. WOW I could feel it the first day using Bands, hand Weights and balls. I resist sitting in the chair and generally march beside and they do a seated march. I do sit for some exercises that require the seated position but generally on my feet.

It's fun and I am getting benefits, thus am continuing the class two months later! I plan to continue and have already stepped up to heaver weights and stronger bands. I may need to arrange to get my own weights and band to use once I hit their higher weights available.
