Stop Wasting Food

I do pretty good at not having extra food around. I am the portion police at our house. I weigh and measure everything. I don’t make large recipes with a lot of leftovers anymore. I only make 4 servings. That’s enough for each of us for dinner and my sister has some to take for lunch the next day. That eliminates the temptation to go back for seconds because there isn’t anything left.
