So, I haven't blogged in a couple of days and decided that I will just write when I feel like it instead of every day. I have not done the best this week. For some reason, I am super tired. I know that can be a trigger to eat junk instead of taking the time to choose healthy. I haven't compelety messed up. My breakfast and lunches have been pretty good. It when I come home from work and I am tired and sometimes stressed or upset. I wish I could choose a different career but I have too much invested in teaching. I have not been to the gym since Sunday. :( Fresh start tomorrow. Also, I have been drinking water like crazy in the last month instead of Diet Coke. I don't really notice a big difference.
