A Writer's Life...

A writer's life includes a decent amount of sitting while one writes, edits, revises, etc.. With that being said, I make certain to get a healthy amount of exercise in early in the day. It's important for everyone to find their own "niche" of time and activity that works best for them when it comes to incorporating exerices into their daily lives. Once you find that specail time of day that works best for you, gaurd it the best you can. Left ungaurded, everyday life will try to impose; leaving you feeling defeated because you didn't give your body what it desired--physical activity.

It is not going to be easy, but it is attainable. Make small goals and they will lead to big successes. You have to make you #1 and tell yourself that you are worth it.
