Menu: Week 3

Last week we definitely ate out more than I would have liked - too many late work nights and exhaustion. But, we managed to make good choices and stay in range regardless. I had another fantastic weigh-in this week. On to this weeks menu goals:
Dinners:
Sunday: Baked Lemon Chicken, green beans, cornbread stuffing
Monday: Shrimp and Cheese Grits
Tuesday: Slowcooker Chicken Posole, cornbread
Wednesday: Bacon and Egg Biscuits with caramelized onions (gotta lighten this one up)
Thursday: Leftover posole
Friday: Spaghetti
Breakfasts: nutrigrain waffles with strawberries and honey (still not sick of em)
Lunches: Chicken Salad sandwiches on pumpernickel
