We have something here called Uncle Dans dressing mix. Works great with greek yogurt as a dip, but I also love it sprinkled on most things. Especially roasted veggies and potatos. I was reading the packet last night. 1/6 tsp has 150 grams of sodium, where salt has 600 in a 1/4 tsp. That's a savings and it tastes great..kind of herby and salty, but in tiny little grains.
What are you tips for cutting back on salt?
