Getting Nutrition Back on Track

Over the next few days I am going to revisit my eating habits and get back on track. I know I have been eating some things that are not 100% great for me (like tootsie rolls). But I am committed to losing weight for the next challenges and am going to buckle down and eat better.
I will get back into tracking ALL my food and planning my meals for the week.
I am going to be eating more fruits and vegetables, less sweats and making sure I do not eat larger portions than I should be eating. I have a little scale so I will make sure I weigh all my meals to make sure I am not over eating. I know how many oz. of everything I should be eating – so I just need to measure it to make sure I’m on the right track.
I will make sure that if I need a snack after dinner that it will be a good health snack instead of above mentioned tootsie rolls.
I will eat better, I will get better and I will kick butt!
With my already good exercise habits I need to get my eating habits under control so I can lose this weight once and for all. I know I can do it!
