I use to believe that if you didn't spend at least 30 minutes on a workout, you were wasting your time.
No more. Now, I am happy with pushing myself every day, and if need be, in much smaller segments. 10 minutes here and there is a lot better than 30+ minutes no where.
If your time constrained, or like me, your health won't allow for those longer workouts, think about this.
Start easy, 2-3 minutes if need be. And just put in the time as often as you can. Those sessions will grow, and so will your health and happiness.
