Today in central Wisconsin it was fantastic and about 50!! Yes, this is our amazing wonderful spring we have been waiting for. I had my 3 week che k up from my heart surgery and was pretty happy to say I started Psmf diet and failed last night (no sleep due to pain ate pizza rolls) HOWEVER ...stepped on dreaded scale at dr office and clocked in at 179.2....with shoes, Jean's and sweatshirt on!! Hell yeah I will take it! Under 180 whoop whoop goal is 150!!!
