Hard to believe I’m in Week four already. Pretty sure I’ll need a back up for Friday’s meal as I’m not a mushroom fan, but we’ll see. My husband will love it at least.
Monday: Pork burritos
Tuesday: Shrimp and grits
Wednesday: Spaghetti
Thursday: Cajun pork loin, cornbread stuffing, green beans
Friday: Mushroom Ravioli
Saturday: Baked Chicken, sweet potatoes, broccoli
Lunches: pork burritos
Breakfasts: low fat waffles with fruit
