I am feeling like an aircraft carrier steaming at full speed. I have been trying to get re focussed for weeks now. Each day new intentions and new failures. I have a lot of strees right now with work and with my love moving in with me. So old habits keep creeping in as autopilot.

Maybe this self analysis will help me stick to my plans. I did trash some bad food and buy some healthier options. Small successes add up.

    I'm in the same boat as you. I've been thinking about: what got me started in the first place. What were the first steps I took? Jumping into the deep end doesn't work well for me. I prefer to ease myself in from the shallow end. We all need to find what works best for us.

    I find during stressful times it's better to pick one healthy focus and try to nail that, rather than juggling lots of different goals, and watching them all fall... emoticon get an easy win under your belt for a week and build on it!

    Everything in baby steps. Focus on what is important to you and take things one at a time. You can't eat the elephant all at once but one bite at a time and eventually it's gone.
