Wrapping up the week

Today I've been trying to work on some engineering transcription. It's a presentation that's badly recorded and the guy has an accent and talks fast. I've been talking breaks after every paragraph or so, so I'm not making diddly on it between the breaks and looking up what the guy is talking about then guessing, then marking parts of it "inaudible". It's due at 3 in the morning so guess what I'm doing? Yes, taking another break from the it! I'm 70% done supposedly.
I'm going to sleep so good after this.
I took some walks and did wall push ups for my shoulder. I've slacked on my rehab exercises so I'm going to make it my routine if I'm in the house all day. I went out with mom to get a pizza. Yeah, I ate some. She didn't like it because we don't get delivery out here on the country road, so our tastebuds aren't used to delivery pizza any more. I thought it was fine. I had a salad with it so I didn't eat half of it.
I did get one thing resolved this week. I had my bridge redone last October and found out a couple of weeks ago that the dental office was sitting on a $1600 credit. Didn't say anything for months, they were just going to keep it. The work was put on one of those dental credit cards so I was pissed. It seems like every dentist in this area is shady. That plus them browbeating me for not getting a 3 month periodontal cleaning when they never said anything about it got me heated. I had a hoodie on and kept flipping the hygienist off in my front pocket. She was selling the extras way too hard.
Just when I thought I found an okay dentist they pull this crap. I'm running out of places to go. But I called them back yesterday and they charged it back. I'm supposed to go back in June but kinda don't want to. I don't want my gums to go off the rails again either. I have to hold my breath and hope she doesn't work on me again.
Time to go back o this horrible PowerPoint presentation on nanolasers.
