I'm plateauing :(

I've decided to lower my caloric intake back to 1300 from the 1400 I'm currently at.
I've been stuck since February jumping back and forth between the same 3 lbs. I thought going back to the gym would budge the scale in the right direction, but is not.
I'm feeling slightly discouraged by my lack of progress, although realistically, I know I shouldn't be.
I'm only 8 lbs away from goal weight, I'm in the healthy range and I'm strong, but now it's just more of a matter of pride than anything else.
