Schwim Schwim - April Goals

It's been about a month since I started swimming for exercise. I've been going about two to three times per week. When we started in late January, I thought I would die about 50m. We took most of February off between Company and being sick. But I started up again this month, and it's been going really well.
I try to go once or twice a week on my lunch hour, and can swim between 1000-1200m in the 30 minutes that I have. I've learned to go slow, so that I don't have to rest as much. But even going slow, whenever I check my HR, it's at 80% of my maximum heart rate.
Last Week Accomplishments:
Beginning time for 25 free: 26.5
Beginning time for 50 free: 59.3
Got over my embarrassment at did 25 Fly. Need to try not to feel "dumb" doing it, need more practice!
Worked on acclimating my inner ear to somersaults, so that I can eventually add in flip turns.
1. Swim 50m of Fly
2. Swim 300m with no resting
3. Swim 1 mile in one session, as many rests as need, free and breast mixed as needed, no time limit
4. Work on Back, try to swim at least 25 each session
5. Swim 1/2 mile, rest as needed, free only.
