SparkPeople Nutrition Tracker really works

I've used SP trackers for years. But this year is especially significant. I'm at the lowest weight in my entire adult life thanks to SP nutrition tracker and I feel great! In the last 5 weeks, I've only gone over my goal of 1099 daily calories once, yet, I've met virtually all of my nutritional goals through careful choices. Over the years, I've come to understand my body and I know what it takes to lose weight and stay healthy thanks to SparkPeople Trackers. Others may need more calories but that doesn't work for me. When I go on maintenance, then I will add 100 daily calories once per week until I get to 1500. But if I ever binge for one day, I will add serious pounds. With my reward of ice cream every night included in my 1099 calories, I do not feel deprived at all. But I certainly stay away from buffets and church potluck dinners. I can't handle them at all.
