My 3rd day on the 28 Day SP Program and Loving it!

I sat down on Sunday to create a meaningful goal to reach a pivotal weight loss goal by end of August. Have you been tired of looking back 3-4 months that went fast but still no weight loss and not feeling your best? Countless times! and this is because of not setting the specific goal required and tracking system to hold myself accountable each day as I progress to the goal end date. Now, finally, I have can see how SP will help me with this and knowing 4 months will come and go, what can I achieve? It's not expensive and only requires I put in my daily minimum goals to reach that main goal. I cannot wait to see my results. I am looking forward to reading your stories along the way!
