SMART GOAL - 1st HURDLE

My SMART goal is broken up in 2 hurdles; I begin with the 1st SMART weight goal:
I will lose 38 lbs to get my weight at 198 lbs (under 200 lbs), by 8/31/2019. I will meet this 1st major goal through daily and weekly tasks (mini goals) by tracking my calorie intake daily, activities/exercise, and keeping a journal.
I am on my 4th day and excited to have created a major goal important to me to improve my overall health especially with walking (arthritis); mainly to feel better about my personal well-being. This major goal will get my body in shape minimally to travel and to prepare myself for living a quality life I want and expect to have.
