I am the BIGGEST I have ever been!! I had 2 back to back pregnancies &c-sections. I am now 240 lbs!! I NEED to get this weight off.

    Don't look at how much you have to lose, but with each pound loss, it makes a difference emotionally. One pound at a time will soon make your clothes less tight, then as time goes on, a new clothes will be needed. Enjoy the journey one day at a time. Drinking lots of water a day sure helps too.

    Sure wish you the best of luck. We are all in this boat together. So let's encourage one another so the ship is not abandoned.

    You need to set goals for both cals and exercise. Make them small but doable

    Don't eat in the same room as the TV.and don't snack between meals
