I hate working out. It's really hard for me to get motivation to go to a gym. It's time consuming...I just dread working out. A month ago my friend gave me her old treadmill. She's been going to the gym and she wasn't using it anymore and asked if I wanted it. I almost said no, we just moved into our forever home and I wasn't sure I had a place to put it. Thank heavens I didn't say no. This has been a god send. I like to walk, I just never felt that it was a good enough workout. Well whatever it's the workout I like and the scale is moving so screw the workout rules I'm just going to walk. And speaking of walking, it's time for a quick 2 miles! Take care sparkers.
