Darn, 3rd day in a row at the same weight, frustrating. And after feeling so starved yesterday. I'm sure if I'd slept a full night it would have been less. Sometime soon I plan to binge on chocolate.

    Please don't binge on chocolate - that will definitely defeat the purpose of working on losing weight. Rather take it one day at a time, eating healthy and recording on the food tracker. Please email me and we can talk - am willing to help out any way I can as I have been where you are
