Day One: Accomplished

Today was the first day of my complete dietary rehaul. I'm doing basically the Mediterranean diet: fresh fruits, veg, beans, and whole grains with moderate amounts of fat/fish/chicken.

Day 1's discovery: spaghetti squash is amazing.
