A new look and a new life. I’ve gone from a bedridden woman to a Certified Master Coach who can walk.

Stick to SparkPeople. Read articles and get healthy like it’s your career. It’s what you do consistently that counts, not the slip ups. Forget those, forgive those and move on. Don’t give a slip up any power. Ignore it. Think healthy not diet. Concentration on the scale and dieting makes a person crazy. By concentrating on getting healthy, it’s easier to see improvements and the scale follows suit. You just start feeling better, so you do more. Look at defeats as your aspirations. Every little thing you do builds you for your next move up the ladder. Something is always better than nothing. One cookie always has less calories than two.
