So I'm prepping for Easter dinner. As I'm hosting, I'm planning the menu for family. I'm adding some lower carb appitizer and side options for both my dad and myself who are prediabetic. I have some great ideas to take low carb tortillas and making my own chips for spinach dip. I'm also going to add Zucchini and squash au graten veggie side!
