Trying something new again

I have been stuck on the same weight again for a month. Now I read something about your gut flora playing a large role in being able to loose weight. Also we eat so much garbage unknowingly, I know we have damaged out gut flora.
So now I will try a combination of Probiotics, Vit B complex, ensuring fiber intake is above 20gm a day and continuing with my 1300- 1500kcal a day food goals.
I will do this for a month and see how it goes.
