It’s been a good good Friday

Spent the day at my friend’s setting her garden in order with the stuff we’d been overwintering in my greenhouse. Then we deckscrubbed the paths and the patio, cut and edged the lawn and gasgunned any remaining weeds. Shattered!
Something else off the todo list.
One less thing on the stress list

I’ve also made a decision to spend a full month not tracking calories or steps or exercise perse
I’ve decided to keep track of eating but not calories. Exercise but not the calories spent. And remember the me time, down time,

I stress eat.
There are stress things in my life I can’t eliminate. I have to learn to counterbalance them
There are stress things I manufacture for myself.
I need to learn to give my self more realistic deadlines.
I need to learn to stop whether the jobs are done or not. It’s sooo hard.

I’ve made myself a spreadsheet to list my bits and pieces from 19/4/19 to 18/5/19 and I’ll be back then to report and hopefully restart reality
